Office Managers

As Office Managers for
RE/MAX Associates of Topeka, Mary Lou and Kennee perform many
tasks-from typing Sunday ads and contracts to paying out commissions
to the agents. Their
role is especially vital in handling financial documentation and contracts
which require meticulousness and a friendly smile along the way.
Mary
Lou's primary duties include taking care of typing the ads for the
Sunday paper typing contracts for agents and ordering their business
cards and signs, she also backs up on the telephone system and
supervises the front desk receptionists. She has extensive
knowledge of the MLS system, having worked for the Topeka Area
Association of REALTORS® for many years, and works hand in hand with Kennee on the agent commission payouts.
Kennee's
primary duties are to record all closings that come through the office
and keep track of the agents' transactions on an individual basis for
the entire year. She also
helps Mary Lou with typing of contracts for the agents, monitoring the
telephone system, and supervising the office staff. With a real estate background
in the title business, Kennee spent several years as a closing officer for
a local title
company.
Dorinda
Francis
Agent Services

As Director of Agent Services,
Dorinda performs several tasks
which benefit our agents and office staff.
Dorinda
is responsible for maintaining and upgrading our office and agents'
computers,
printers and network operations. She also provides general computer and real
estate software technical support, keeping everyone up-to-date on new
technology and giving helpful hints and technical advice. She is webmaster
of our office website and also
creates various presentations and advertising tools for agents. Dorinda is
trained to do the duties of a receptionist, and when needed she is
there to
help. Currently there is no other office in the surrounding area who offers
the type of services that Dorinda and RE/MAX offer to the associates.
This makes their job easier to serve the client.
Receptionist
As a Receptionist for RE/MAX Associates of Topeka,
Marcia Brewer plays a vital role in the
day-to-day operation of our office.
She is flexible to the daily pressures that goes along with answering a 16-line
telephone system and routing the calls to the appropriate agent
Marcia performs duties that include entering listings
into the Topeka Area Association of REALTORS® MLS (Multiple Listing System), keeping
the inventory reports up to date, making listing changes, faxing documents
and much more. What she does on a daily basis requires attention to detail, timeliness and organization.
We, as staff strive to provide the very best professional office support for
our agents so they can do the best job serving their clients with buying
and selling needs.
